What We Cannot Guarantee
Professionals cannot effectively remove mould. In 70% of cases, achieving satisfactory results is nearly impossible. Therefore, we do not guarantee mould removal, as it typically requires the expertise of other tradesmen.
Cleaners will not clean hard-to-reach areas. Under no circumstances should a cleaner be asked to climb higher than the third step of a domestic ladder. All service providers are instructed to refuse such requests from customers.
Cleaners will not feed your pets. Professionals are not responsible for providing food to your animals.
Unfortunately, cleaners cannot cook. They are not chefs, so tasks like cooking, cutting vegetables, or any food-related activities are not within their scope!
Cleaners do not take care of children or the elderly. Their responsibilities are limited to property-related tasks as outlined in the provided checklists. They are neither authorized nor trained to care for people.
Cleaners are not provided with bleach-containing detergents. If you wish them to use such products, you must supply them yourself.
Accessing your property
You can always rely on your cleaner to access your property if you are unable to open the door for them or if you are out of town. Access can be granted in the following ways:
Give your cleaner a spare set of keys for future visits (if you are a regular client)
Hide your keys in a secure location and provide us with detailed instructions
Place your keys in a secure lockbox and share the access code with us
Leave your keys with a neighbor, ensuring the cleaner knocks on their door first.
Request us to collect your keys from a concierge. Please ensure every concierge is informed in writing that they are authorized to hand over your keys to the expected cleaner.
